I am a foodie by nature.  Some of my very best memories center around gatherings with friends & family, around the table, with a manna of steaming and flavorful dishes.  Wine was a natural element of the dining experience that I fell in love with later in life as I encountered new and fascinating people from different cultures.  These encounters, some lasting, and some brief, leave a lasting impression in your mind and heart.  In 2023, I made the move to the beautiful Umbrian region of Italy renowned for its sights and flavors to continue the journey.  Come with me as I explore, as we say in Italian, a fare un giro per Umbria!
