
ABOUT ARTURO
I am a foodie by nature. Some of my very best memories center around gatherings with friends & family, around the table, with a manna of steaming and flavorful dishes. Wine was a natural element of the dining experience that I fell in love with later in life as I encountered new and fascinating people from different cultures. These encounters, some lasting, and some brief, leave a lasting impression in your mind and heart. In 2023, I made the move to the beautiful Umbrian region of Italy renowned for its sights and flavors to continue the journey. Education:
Although his education began with passion, Arturo is a Dottore in Business Administration (B.S.), alumnus of California State University East Bay, and an active member of the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, London, United Kingdom. He holds the WSET II in Wine sommelier designation & a management level HACCP certification.
