You start with a palette cleansing half-glass of prosecco. The tasting will evolve casually into the wines, complimented with an explanation of the provenance, the winemaking process that is signature to the wines, the characteristics that are sought after, and food pairing recommendations. Time will be allocated for questions and answers during the lesson.
